Tasmania

Tasmania is a large island to the south of Australian mainland. It is the last real piece of land before Antarctica. Tasmania gets a lot of rain from the weather systems coming in from Antarctica, so it is much wetter than Australian mainland, with more temperate rain-forests and quite a few waterfalls. Maybe because of its weather, it has a surprisingly European feel - its green rolling hills might fool one into thinking that one is in England.
